Subject: sick recording of a
SICK show. Welcome to he Phil zone folks. This is it. I'd rather have this than a board recording any day.

Subject: the eleven
I was convinced that they were going to break into The Eleven during the Dark Star/Other One Jam that came out of UJB. I am of the opinion that Phil plays the part just before it goes " No more time to tell how this is the season of what...". I wont say where it happens in the jam, just listen for yourself and decide. Upon listening to this recording for the first time more than the 20 years since I saw the show, I feel someone vindicated. Everyone told me I was nuts after ranting about an Eleven tease in the parking lot after the show. Well I may have
been nuts, but I dont think I was wrong on this one. You be the judge.

Subject: Old Giants Stadium Just Rocked!
This show just jams all in general! The use of improv was superior to any live act during these years. I love these type of recordings due to the fact, the venue surved a role in the overall effect on the sound. Hence, really deep, and as real as they get when they feal the way the music flows in the venue. You feel the energy from the whole band while they toy with your brain. Eyes was a sick opener. Walkin' Blues was a good rendition. Loose Lucy rocks! Truckin'>(probably the best)New Speedway Boogies that I ever heard! Thanks to you 'Andrew F' for providing us with this matterial. This surpasses the recordings that I have followed of yours. This recording brings me back to the time of being at a show of that caliber.
I give it a 4, it just needs a little more overall volume. Just a tad. You know...one more notch...or two. Maybe that's me, my computer. Anyway, great recording and fun time listening!
